Elnura is a filmmaker from Kyrgyzstan, who honed her craft through self-taught beginnings and later refined her skills after receiving an MFA from NYU's Graduate Film Program. Her short film, Seide, featured at Venice and Sundance during 2015/2016 and gained considerable recognition through triumphing at Asiana, BAFTA US, and many other festivals. She has also co-produced a feature and starred in a movie and web series, clinching numerous awards, including Best Film in Kyrgyzstan, Best Documentary in Kazakhstan, and Best Cinematography in Berlin.
