Iris Wang is a producer and VP of Shinework Pictures.
In 2008 she produced the Jackie Chan family-action film Kung Fu Yoga, which was the first co-production between China and India. It garnered nearly $300 million in box office earnings, setting a new record at the time for a Jackie Chan film.
Iris was also a producer for the first Chinese-Kazakh co-production The Composer, which was the opening film at the 9th Beijing International Film Festival. The film has since won numerous awards globally for Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Original Score, as well as receiving a Huabiao Film Award - the highest governmental film honor possible in China.
