Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen was born in Saigon, Vietnam, the daughter of a former Vietnamese Prime Minister, and holds a Bachelor of Undergraduate Education degree as well as a Graduate Law Masters degree with Honors.

She is a distinguished singer, presenter and actress, known for Lost Paradise (1993), The Rich Woman (2016), and The Sympathizer (2024).

She is also a model and beauty pageant titleholder, having won Miss Vietnam in 2014 and Miss Universe Vietnam in 2024.
