Naoyuki Ikeda
Naoyuki Ikeda has worked for several Non-Profit Organizations, including the Japan Film Festival Los Angeles (JFFLA) as a director for 5 years.
He has also participated in many other Japanese related events to help support their culture and community, for example Nisei Week, an annual festival celebrating Japanese American culture and history and the traditional Japanese festival.
Naoyuki is an established actor, producer, educator and Japanese-related event organizer, based in Los Angeles. He is a well-known figure on the Hollywood scene with over 60 credits, including feature and short films, TV dramas, theatrical plays, and voice-overs and he has won three awards and one nomination, including Best Actor for “String” in 2021 and Best Supporting Actor and Best Ensemble for “Another Yesterday” in 2019. His skills and activities are now widely recognized and have led to numerous interviews by LA-based Japanese media, including Rafu Shinpo, Nikkan Sun, Lighthouse as well as by Japanese TV show “Majic Bell” and radio show “TJS Japanese Radio Station” in Los Angeles.
Now he is learning acting under one of the best acting coaches of the world, Ivana Chubback, since 2021.
Among his many film credits, Naoyuki has starred in We Said No! No! A Story of Civil Disobedience (2023), String (2021), Another Yesterday (2019), American Hikikomori (2015), and Blue Dream (2013).
