Nursultan Otorbaev is a skilled management professional with a multilingual background, fluent in English, Chinese, Russian, and Kyrgyz. Holding a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in China and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Kyrgyz State University, his extensive management expertise is complemented by his ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and regions. Nursultan’s journey all the way from the far east of China to the far west of the United States has provided him with valuable experiences in international management, making him adept at navigating complex challenges and driving success. This multilingual and cross-cultural acumen uniquely positions Nursultan to lead and implement impactful projects like AWFF with a global perspective, leaving a lasting and meaningful legacy in his areas of expertise. Notably, he played a significant role in establishing and developing the first professional Chinese ice hockey team, Kunlun Red Star, and contributed to its success up to the Winter Olympics in Beijing in 2022.
